Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest. If you’d like, you can also create an account to view past orders and save your details for next time.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly (within 1–3 business days), so we’re unable to guarantee changes once placed. Please email us at support@hellobandal.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track My Orderpage anytime.
💅 Products
Q: Are your products reusable?
Most nail charms and accessories can be reused if carefully removed, but we recommend gentle handling to keep them in the best condition. Stickers are designed for single use.
Q: How do I apply charms and stickers?

Stickers: Peel, place, and seal with a top coat.

Charms: Secure with builder gel, nail glue, or gel top coat for best wear.
🔄 Returns & Issues
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the personal-use nature of nail products. Please review our Order Issues & Returns policy for details.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hellobandal.com with your order number, photos, and a description. We’ll review and may issue a replacement or store credit.
Q: My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

Check common delivery spots (mailbox, doorstep, neighbors).

Wait 1–2 business days (sometimes carriers scan early).
