Order Issues & Returns

At Hello Bandal, each product is carefully curated and packaged with love. Due to the personal-use nature of nail products and our commitment to hygiene and quality, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hellobandal.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) received

  • A short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.

Missing Packages

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order. Hello Bandal is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. If your package is missing, please:

  • Check any usual delivery spots (mailbox, doorstep, neighbors)

  • Wait 1–2 business days (carriers sometimes scan early)

  • Contact the carrier to open a claim

If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days or your package appears lost in transit, email us at support@hellobandal.com and we’ll review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
