How to Use:
Apply your base color and cure completely.
Apply an even layer of Berry Matte Top Gel and cure for 60 seconds.
Do not wipe after curing.
Draw directly onto the matte surface with colored pencils, powder palettes, or nail art pens.
Seal your finished design with your favorite top coat.
